2 pkt Simply Delish Strawberry Jelly powder

500 ml whipping cream 

1 tsp vanilla essence 

1 cup Desiccated coconut 

Regular and mini marshmallows for decorating


Whip 1 pkt of Simply Delish Strawberry Jelly Powder, vanilla essence and 500 ml of whipping cream together until it forms stiff peaks. 

Spoon 12 even balls onto a tray and put in freezer for about 2 hours, until frozen.

While the ice-cream balls are freezing cut regular marshmallows in half on a diagonal line. (from one corner to the opposite corner. Put other packet of jelly powder in a bowl and dip the side of the marshmallows that was cut in the jelly powder. These are the bunny ears. 

Once the ice-cream balls are frozen, pour the desiccated coconut into a bowl and roll the ice-cream balls covering it. (Do this quickly as not to allow the ice-cream to melt.)

Add the bunny ears and use the mini marshmallows as a tail. 

Keep frozen till you serve.
