STIR & CHILL BERRY VANILLA CHIA SEED PUDDING
1 cup blueberries
½ tsp SuKi sweetener
½ tsp cinnamon, ground
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chia seeds
4 cups milk or milk alternative
Pour the milk into a medium to large size mixing bowl. Next, add the chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon and SuKi Sweetener, stirring to combine.
Continue to stir for approximately 1 minute making sure the chia doesn’t clump together.
You will notice the pudding beginning to thicken slightly.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator to speed up the thickening of the pudding.
After approximately 30 minutes, remove the pudding from the fridge and stir again.
Return the bowl to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
Once the Berry Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding reaches a soft pudding consistency, divide into individual containers, topping with the berries of your choice.
