RASPBERRY MILKSHAKE WITH HEARTS

INGREDIENTS

2 pkts Simply Delish Raspberry Jelly

250g whipping cream

1 cup milk

2 cups vanilla ice-cream 

1 tsp vanilla essence 

2 tsp SuKi Sweetener 

METHOD

Mix 1 packet of Simply Delish Jelly according to packaging instructions, then pour the mixture into a shallow pan approximately 30 x 20 cm.

Allow mixture to set, making sure it is not touched or moved during setting.

Blend ice-cream and milk together adding 1 tsp at a time of the 2nd box of Simply Delish Jelly – until desired raspberry taste and sweetness is reached.

Separately whip the whipping cream until a fluffy consistency is reached. Then whip in vanilla essence and SuKi Sweetener.

ASSEMBLY

Using a heart shaped cookie cutter press hearts into the set jelly. instructions, then pour the mixture into a shallow pan approximately 30 x 20 cm.

Using a spatula gently lift the cutout heartshapes and press on to the side of the serving glass.

Pour the milkshake into the glass ¾ way full.

Put whipped cream in the piping bag and pipe a swirl on top.

You can decorate with more jelly hearts on the whipped cream topping.
