Roll of puff pastry

100 ml whipping cream (substitute with Orley Whip dairy-free dessert topping or coconut cream).

1 packet of Simply Delish Vanilla pudding.

450 ml milk (or 300 ml almond milk)

Icing sugar (to sprinkle on top)


Bake puff pastry in 2 square sheets the same size OR cut puff pastry into 4x4cm squares and bake at 170°C, until golden brown.

Take out and let puff pastry squares cool to room temperature.

Whip the cream till fluffy.

Make Simply Delish Vanilla pudding according to instructions and then fold into the whipped cream.

Make a sandwich with the puff pastry and cream mixture and sprinkle with icing sugar.
